Through Heart Ready Academy, I provide professional CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS training for individuals, healthcare professionals, workplaces, churches, and community groups. My goal is simple: make lifesaving skills feel less intimidating and more natural, so you know what to do in the first critical minutes of an emergency.
Whether you are a nurse renewing your BLS, a parent who wants to be ready, a workplace getting a whole team certified, or a church community wanting to be prepared, I will come to you or host you in a small, hands-on class designed around real practice, not just slides.
And here's the part that should change how you think about training: immediate bystander CPR can double — even triple a person's chance of survival. But for every minute without it, survival odds drop by about 10%. The average ambulance response in the US is 7+ minutes.

Full first-aid training including bleeding control, burns, choking, seizures, and shock — combined with CPR and AED. Required by many workplaces, churches, and childcare licensing boards.

Full payment is required to reserve your class seat. Once you book and pay, you'll receive an email confirmation with the class details, location (or address for mobile classes), and what to bring.
You can reschedule with advance notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may require a rescheduling fee. Please give as much notice as possible so the seat can be opened up to another student.
Course completion cards are typically valid for 2 years from the date of your class. I can send a reminder when you're approaching renewal time so you don't let your certification lapse.
Yes. Successful students receive their certification card after completing the course. Same-day certification is included with most classes (or available for a small additional fee). Cards are accepted by employers, hospitals, and licensing boards.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in — we'll be on the floor practicing on manikins. Bring a water bottle and a photo ID. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can start on time. Healthcare provider students should bring a current BLS card if renewing.
Yes! Small groups of 4–8 students are $85 per student, and corporate or large group sessions run up to $900 per session. Group discounts are also available for churches and community organizations. Request a quote and Heart Ready Academy will respond within one business day.
Yes — Jeanette provides mobile and on-site training across Central Florida, including Davenport, Haines City, Champions Gate, Winter Haven, Lakeland, Kissimmee, Orlando, Clermont, Celebration, Lake Wales, and surrounding areas in Polk, Orange, and Osceola counties. A travel fee of up to $75 may apply depending on distance. Weekend and evening classes are available with a small surcharge per student.
A replacement certification card can be issued for $25. Just reach out by phone or email and Jeanette will get you a new one quickly.
